Pink Plateosaurus by David Tana
07 - Plateosaurus engelhardti - a prosauropod from the Late Triassic (~219 - 199 mya). The first prosauropod ever described, Plateosaurus has been through a lot of anatomical and taxonomic interpretation/revision over the years. Skeletal reference for restoration is AMNH 6810, on display at the American Museum of Natural History in New York. Ball point pen and highlighter on paper.
