Pink Hesperosaurus by David Tana
15 – Hesperosaurus mjosi – a stegosaurid from the Jurassic of Wyoming (~150 mya), this stegosaurus is a little older than its more famous cousin, Stegosaurus. But like Stegosaurus it has a row of alternating plates going down its back ending in a thagomizer with four spikes. Skeletal reference for this restoration is a cast on display at the North American Museum of Ancient Life in Utah. Pen and highlighter on paper.
